Read this and learn the only 2 steps on how to quickly add to your credit score. Nothing else works.
There are a lot of things you can do over a period of time to raise your credit score such as
Pay bills on time
Reducing your income to debt ratio
However if you want to quickly raise your credit score there are only two things you can do.
Number 1. Correct any errors that may be on your credit report.
If anyone has stolen your identity and used it to take out any loans while using your Social Security number, that is going to reflect on your credit report that can be corrected and will raise your score.
If outstanding accounts have been brought up to date and your credit report doesn’t reflect it yet, that can be changed and that will raise your score.
If there are entries on your credit report, which do not belong there, (which happens more often than you think), and having those removed raise your score.
Number 1. Adding any positive payment records that have been left off of your report.
Suppose you bought a car, made payments and then paid off the loan but it does not reflect on your report, adding it will raise your score.
Suppose you have a credit card from a gas company, which you pay off every month, but it is not on your report, adding it will raise your score.
If you pay your utility bills on time, adding those are your credit report will raise your score.
If you had a loan from your local small bank and paid it off, but it is not on your report, adding it will raise your score.
Many times private-label credit cards from merchants are not on your credit report, but if it is paid up to date, adding it will raise your score.
Jimmy says, many times creditors do not even report to the credit bureaus and oftentimes when they do, they only report negative information. Make sure all your positive information has been added to your report.
Whoa Jimmy?
