Mystery shopper jobs
Posted by: | CommentsEarn great money working mystery shopper jobs and set your own hours.
Mystery shopping is a job where people pose as regular customers in order to evaluate the services of a business, retail stores, financial institutions, gas stations and restaurants, especially restaurants.
Mystery shoppers are used to evaluate areas such as customer service, product quality, how they were treated when checking out or returning a product, attitude of employees, how long it took them to get waited on, product knowledge of the employees and cleanliness of the store, as well as other areas.
Mystery shopping is a great job for somebody who works from home. Shoppers can pick their hours, work in their free time and earn a supplemental income doing something they love to do, shop. Experience is not needed as the companies will tell you what they are looking for and quickly train you on how to act and how to file reports.
Credit card cash advance
Posted by: | CommentsRead this and learn how a credit card cash advance can help you to get out of debt once and for all.
A cash advance on your credit card can be a very convenient option but at the same time is what I like to call a debt trap. Credit card companies these days are charging almost 30% interest and it is to their benefit to get you to borrow as much money as possible.
Keep in mind that the credit card companies are paying little or no interest on the money themselves that they are lending to you. How would you like to get money at no cost to you and lend it out at 30% interest? Just form your own credit card company. Loan sharks used to get arrested for charging that kind of interest so what they did was form their own credit card companies and now loan sharking is legal.
Fly drives (flydrives)
Posted by: | CommentsFly drives (flydrives)
Sometimes I travel a great deal for speaking engagements even though I do try to stay in the South during the wintertime and the big question always is should I drive, which I sometimes do or should I fly and rent a car which I usually do.
I have come up with a rule of thumb for myself and that is if the distance is over 500 miles I will fly and rent a car when I get there. However, sometimes when Mary goes with me it is nice just to take a long drive and spend time together in the car. I always love traveling with my wife. Once in a while we will string speaking engagements together and drive the whole trip. This can be difficult to do as my church will allow me to be gone during a Sunday service once in a while but they don’t like it when I’m gone two weeks in a row. It is nice to be wanted.
Let’s say that we’re going to take a trip of 1500 miles and work out a price for the round-trip, both ways, by flying and by driving to our destination. We are not going to be concerned, for the purpose of our discussion, with the expenses incurred after we reach our destination.
Proofreading Jobs From Home
Posted by: | CommentsWork part time or full time and earn great money doing proofreading jobs from home
Proofreaders are becoming more and more of a necessity with the growth of the Internet. People who own websites and blogs are very concerned about having the text in their articles look good with no misspelled words and with correct grammar.
When I got my first computer, actually my second but the first one I was able to get online with years ago the thing that appalled me was the spelling errors, the lack of capitalization, the awful grammar, poor sentence structure and the misuse of words. I made a decision even way back then that every time I sent out an e-mail or wrote an article about anything that it was going to be as good as I could do it. When Mary and I were in Bible school they taught us to do everything with excellence.
7 Steps to Raise My Credit Score
Posted by: | CommentsRaise my credit score is something you can do. Read this and quickly learn how.
Have you ever tried to buy something on credit only to find out that you have a low credit score? If so there are ways to improve your score.
Number 1. Get a copy of your credit report from all three credit bureaus: Equifax, Transunion, and Experian. It is important to get the score from all three and then take the average and that is your score.
Number 2. Look for errors, omissions and for items that do not belong to you. If someone has stolen your identity and bought things using your credit and then not made the payments this could be your problem. Have the errors removed from your report and you have a right to do this when a credit bureau confirms that it isn’t yours or if they can’t prove that it is. This step alone could raise your credit score by a significant amount and quickly.
$250 Dollar winner in church Sunday
Posted by: | CommentsWe had a $250 winner in church Sunday during the free cash drawing.
Jean Johnson was the big winner. She was happy as she is getting another car and needed the money to get the license plates and to pay the taxes on it.
The drawing Wednesday is for $300.
The worship service Sunday morning was awesome. The anointng was incredable but I just feel like the whole world is anointed right now. However, it was especially anointed inside the church. I think that the music is bringing the anointing. God inhabits the praises of His poeple.
A man, who came to church for the first time, told me last Wednesday that I “had renewed his faith in God”. It was almost overwelming for me. I guess that I still have not gotten over the fact that God could use someone like me to be a Pastor to His people. God is so wonderful that it’s beyond my understanding. To see someone come back to God is all the Christmas present I need. However, the presents that Mary buys for me are also very nice.

Credit Report Scores
Posted by: | CommentsRead this and quickly learn that Credit report scores can be easily raised if you just know how.
Whenever anyone applies for credit, whether they want to buy a new car, boat or a house, lenders will always take into consideration what risk they are taking in making the loan. What they go by is the average of the scores of the three main credit-reporting agencies. This credit score will provide the best guide to risk. Lending institutions know that there is a risk involved in any loan and they use the credit bureaus to evaluate that risk with each person or company that they money to.
What lenders use to evaluate your credit is the score, which comes back in a number. Below 600 being poor and above 700 being good. If your credit score is above 700 you are considered to be a good risk and depending on other circumstances involved your chances of securing a loan are very good. If your score is below 600 no matter what the circumstances are your chances of securing a loan are very poor. People can save themselves a lot of time and effort if they will obtain their own credit report score before they shop for a major purchase.

How to negotiate with credit card companies
How to negotiate a better interest rate
A few years ago, when I had over $15,000 of credit card debt, I was often negotiating with credit card companies to get better interest rates. I took a very active approach toward minimizing my interest expense on my debt and learning to negotiate with credit card companies was a key component. I am a big fan of the debt snowball method for getting out of debt and you actually can use this as another tool to speed up the debt reduction process.
