Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to find a bank that specializes in lending money to people who they know are not going to pay it back.
We had exactly that go on and on in our country a few years ago it was called subprime mortgage loans and almost resulted in our economy totally collapsing.
There are no banks that specialize in lending money to people with bad credit.
There are ways however you can get loans if you have bad credit.
Here are some steps to do that.
1. Repair your credit rating. Go online and get a free credit report and find out exactly why you have bad credit.
2. You may be surprised to find out someone has stolen your identity and is now buying things that they have no intentions of paying for and using your Social Security number to get the loan. When this happens it will drastically reduce your credit score.
3. Another thing you need to make sure of is that your credit report is accurate. Make sure the loans you have taken out and paid back are all recorded in the chart no entries on your credit report, which are not supposed to be there.
4. Also you can get a loan with bad credit if you have collateral. If you own a car or boat that is paid for you can use these items as collateral to get a loan.
5. Use the equity in your home to get a loan.
6. Payday loans are also available and these are fast loans but must be paid back within two weeks or you will have extremely high interest rates.
Jimmy says even with bad credit you can still get a loan but there are no banks that specialize in lending money to people with bad credit.
