If you live in the state Californian and you have bad credit and you have found a house you want to buy you can do it.
Here are easy steps to get your new house.
1. Check your credit report.
If your credit score is below 700 because you’re not paying your bills on time the first thing to do is to get all of your payments caught up. Then make your payments on time for a period of about three months and your credit score will come up to the point where you will be able to get a mortgage.
2. Get approved financially to buy a house before you even contract with a real estate agent and start looking at houses.
3. Have a down payment of 20% or more.
4. If you don’t have a down payment 20% or more find a house that is priced well below the current market value of the house. This is easy to do right now because there are a lot of short sales going on.
5. Now you can do is go to the bank and asking for a list of houses they have available and should be on one of them and take it off their hands.
6. Sometimes bank will let you take over the payments of homes that people are locked away from just to keep the house making money for them in with somebody living in it. Jimmy says you can buy out house if you try hard enough.
