If they think they can help you then they will set up a time for you to have a more detailed discussion and they will create a plan to meet your needs and to get you on a program that will quickly get you out of debt.
However, please be careful if any of these services ask for you to send the money to them so that they can make your payments. Do not do that. What I always recommend people do is take guidance from these agencies but mail in the payments to the people that you owe yourself. That way no one is going to steal your money.
