6. Next check with mortgage finance companies and find out what the richest rates are and how much you need to have down.
7. You’re going to find you’re probably going to be about 20% down payment right now to get construction loan.
8. Once you have been approved for a loan then shop for a home site and contract with a builder and you’ll be ready to build your new home.
