Practice on your own house and your neighbor’s house.

Every area is different so find out how much the window washers in your area are charging and lower your price 10% to start with.
How to find customers
Put an ad on Craig’s list and the service section of your newspaper, which reads house or business window cleaning, low rates and your telephone number.
Get magnetic signs for the side of your car or truck, which reads house or business window cleaning, low rates your phone number.
It will not be long and you will be busy.
If you are going to be doing commercial window cleaning such as storefront businesses you will be establishing a route because business owners like to have their windows cleaned on a regular basis.
If you are going to be cleaning windows on houses, people will be calling you whenever they want their windows cleaned.
