If I was a landlord and I wanted to make sure that that I was going to have reliable tenants who would pay the rent on the apartment or home they were renting I would do a credit check on everybody I was even considering renting to.

He is a wonderful evangelist and they are goodhearted people and they just do not deserve that kind of trouble and I’m going to have lunch with them again tomorrow than I guarantee you I am going to suggest that they run a credit check on anybody who wants to rent one of their homes.
