Pastor Jim:
I really have enjoyed your last few sermons. I like how you have tied some sound and practical biblical teachings to less obvious biblical teachings such as prosperity and healing. You were quite right in that “my grace is sufficient for thee” is often misunderstood, and I’m glad you stressed that we already have everything we need. We just need to know how to apply the resources we already have…..to EVERY need. Our God shall supply ALL our needs….nothing needs to be left not met, we just need faith! Really good stuff, thank you!
I think your flock needs to understand that A) God can; B) God will; but also C) we need to apply faith, and wisdom. He will give us wisdom when we ask for it, but faith only comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of God. That’s why I fill myself with the Word, and I’m very appreciative that your holiday e-mail, and today’s message, addressed the proportion between prospering the soul, and prospering the physical needs we all have whether those needs be health, finances, overcoming demons, etc. What may be obvious to you, is not always obvious to your flock. Again, great job and you are definitely bringing glory to God! Keep up the good work!
I’m looking forward to advertising the church on my new van, and Paul wants to help me with my ministry, which is great. Your check to me every week is spent primarily on God’s kingdom and my outside ministerial efforts as you can see.
I have over 30k invested in my sound equipment and van, plus I support RHEMA, the 700 club, Daily Bread, Salvation Army….just to name a few. You and Mary are such a major blessing and I pass it on! I so appreciate our partnership!
Thanks & God Bless,
Brian

The Lord has blessed Marti and I with a new van to use for our Sound Ministry (Joyful Noise Sound Company), however, if you need a large vehicle to further the kingdom, say to deliver a donation to a local charity I would be glad to help. Anything to further the kingdom I will do for free, or a love offering if you are able. Also, if you need help hauling something for any other purpose, I will only accept payment if you are in a position to pay. I truly believe that we keep and expand the blessings we get by giving them away. Come see me at church, or get my number from Pastor Jim. We will be putting magnets on the van soon to help bring folks to VCC, so the more the van is seen furthering God’s kingdom, the better!
God Bless,

As Paul seeks wisdom to learn a new skill, sound reinforcement, he will be granted that by his requests to God for wisdom, and my willingness to teach him. Again, I keep what I know by passing it on to people like Paul that have an earnest desire to learn, and myself that has an earnest desire to teach. We will both succeed due to our faith, and desire to further the kingdom. I declare this in the name of Jesus, and would appreciate somebody to come on here and agree with this prayer for myself and Paul.
Praise God,
Brian & Paul

Well, I’m here to report that my sound ministry, Joyful Noise Sound Company, is really taking off! I have a very demanding day job at the Property Appraiser’s office, and a great compensation package, but now find myself in more of a position than ever to serve God and His Kingdom! I can’t believe how many requests I’ve had to run sound from secular, and Christian ministry bands. I’ve bid on a contract with the City of Cocoa, and I know I will secure it…praise God! All my efforts, Christian ministries or otherwise, are for the glory of God so I will prosper. My equipment will be paid off soon, and I will continue to be able to be a major blessing to Christian music ministries. God is so good, and I knew there was a reason I was called to invest as I have! Marti and I are so blessed, and we are spreading it around as we are taught to do. I need all your prayers and blessings so we can continue to prosper and grow our ministry. We appreciate those who have sponsored us, such as Pastors Jim & Mary, and we know God will provide even more sponsors. If you have an event planned, or just need a van to move heavy things, contact me and I will be more than glad to help. Paul is helping us, and what a blessing he is! Paul will continue to prosper and his knowledge regarding running sound will expand as his soul prospers! Paul lives a life of service to others and he will be blessed abundantly!
God is good….all the time!

Pastor Jim’s message today about dummying up really hit home! It wasn’t until I could look at His Word from the eyes of a child that it worked, and made sense. Don’t complicate what is meant to be simple! Praise God that His Word only baffles those who try to complicate it! It’s just that simple!!!!!!
God Bless,
Mr. Brian

As I review my posts, I can really see how God works things out. Paul has been helping me in my ministry, and he has been helping a man whose family doesn’t seem to care too much, and if you need help….Paul is there. Well, Paul recently got a promotion at work with benefits and a full time schedule (he was part-time). I’ve become a dealer for a company so I can get better pricing on sound equipment, and actually make a few dollars when somebody else needs to order something. I normally help other ministries for free, but that’s how I can sow into the kingdom besides my monetary contributions. Paul received money for his trip to see his grandbaby, who is now crawling! Paul (the apostle) was talking to givers when he said “my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches and glory.” Don’t be worried, and don’t be selfish, but do expect rewards. There is no need to feel bad, or guilty, about expecting God to deliver on His word….that’s what He does!

Pastor Jim reminded us today not to over complicate what God’s Word means, BUT, you do need to know what His Word says, and what it doesn’t say. Very important to understand is that ALL good things come from ABOVE…in other words, God is never the source of pain, suffering, evil, etc. It’s also important to know what God’s word says so you can know when somebody is spewing false teaching/preaching. If it doesn’t line up with God’s word, it’s wrong!!!
Thanks Pastor Jim for sound, biblical teaching!
