How to find clients
This is the most important part of starting a business. Make up flyers with your name and the name of your company and also says, office cleaning, low rates and your cell phone number. Send these out to 100 law firms, doctor’s offices, medical clinics, engineering firms, and the accounts offices.

So always do your cleaning jobs when no one is there. If somebody is there when you get there to clean, ask him how long he is going to be there and then say you’ll come back.
I knew a lady one time in the cleaning business who was charging $15 an hour and thought she was doing real good and then come to find out she was make half the money that we were making in our cleaning business. We did not charge by the hour but by the job.
