1. First thing to do is make sure your credit rating is over 700.

5. You will not be able to refinance your mobile home if you owe more on it than it is worth.
6. Go to the bank where you have your mobile home finance and tell them you would like to refinance and make an application to do so.
7. You should have your loan in about a week.
